The Orion® Multi is the future of electric fireplace technology. Powered by Modern Flames’ HELIOVISION™ virtual flame technology, it delivers an ultra-realistic, multi-dimensional fire experience from any angle — no two flames are ever the same. Choose from three distinct flame styles (Hybrid, Gas or Wood) across six colours, with independently controlled ember bed and downlighting in ten colours each. Available in six sizes from 30″ to 120″ with four installation configurations — single sided, left corner, right corner, or 3-sided bay — plus built-in or wall mount options. Fitting Instructions
Install types: Built-In Clean Face (fully recessed or partial recess) and Wall Mount (installs only 1.5″ from wall). Multi-sided configurations: Left Corner, Right Corner, 3-Sided Bay.
General requirements: Select a location at least 36″ (914mm) from combustible materials (curtains, furniture, bedding). Provide a dedicated electrical circuit at the top right of the framed opening.
Built-In (fully recessed): Prepare rough-in frame per dimensions below. Remove front glass. Install L Metal Nailing Flanges to top and bottom. Hardwire fireplace. Secure with minimum 32mm drywall screws. Mask exposed fireplace during drywall work. Install drywall to drywall stops on perimeter.

Rating Information
Modern Flames electric fireplaces operate without combustion — no gas, no wood, no flue required. They run on standard 240V power and are safe to install using standard building materials without fireproof linings. PTC ceramic and coil heating components operate at a maximum of 2kW per hour. RGB LED lighting produces zero heat, enabling year-round use with or without the heater active. Modern Flames electric fireplaces require minimal maintenance.
General care: Keep the glass clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals on the glass or surround. Ensure ventilation slots are kept clear and unobstructed at all times.
Media: Log sets and ember bed media can be repositioned as needed. Handle with care to avoid breakage. Replace media components only with manufacturer-approved parts.
Electrical: Do not attempt to service internal electrical components. Contact Modern Flames Australia for warranty or repair support. Always refer to the product manual before servicing.
