Always refer to the product installation guide supplied with your order. Lead time: 2-4 weeks from order confirmation. Custom orders require a 24-hour review period before entering production.

Warranty periods by collection: Silver (5 years on cabinets), Gold (10 years on cabinets), Platinum / Lifetime (Ashton, Dakota, Milan). Acrylic tops: 10-year warranty. Timberline bathroom furniture is built from Highly Moisture-Resistant (HMR) board and finished with durable, easy-clean surfaces.
Cabinets: Wipe down with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads which may damage the finish. For painted finishes, avoid prolonged exposure to standing water at cabinet bases.
SilkSurface tops: Clean with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid leaving standing water or harsh chemicals on the surface. Do not use cutting boards or hot items directly on the surface.
Ceramic/Stone tops & basins: Clean with a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner. Avoid dropping heavy items. Do not use abrasive scrubbers which may scratch the surface.
Drawers & doors: All drawers feature European soft-close runners. Do not overload drawers. Ensure drawer contents do not obstruct the soft-close mechanism.
