Slimspit
The Slimspit is a wood-fired rotisserie attachment for Billy Smoker Open Fire Cookers. Unlike a traditional spit that sits over the coals, the Slimspit places the heat source horizontal to the cooking zone, so you get full rotisserie function without losing heat output or blocking the view of the flame.
The motor turns loads up to 5 kg, and an inbuilt rail system lets you raise or lower the spit to adjust temperature mid-cook and slide it clear for refuelling. The full-length welded drip tray lifts out for cleaning and doubles as a serving tray. The whole unit hooks on for quick install and disassembles for storage.
Supplied with: 240V AC motor (up to 5 kg), rotisserie shaft, two mounting brackets, and two pronged forks. Accommodates most standard rotisserie motors. Suitable for indoor cooking.

Let the Slimspit cool before removing it. Lift out the drip tray and wash it, along with the shaft and forks, by hand in warm water with mild detergent. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which mark stainless steel. Clean the tray after each cook so fat doesn’t build up on the rails.
Keep the motor dry, wipe it with a damp cloth only and never submerge it. Dry all parts fully before storing or reassembling to prevent water spotting. Some heat discolouration on the steel over time is normal and doesn’t affect performance.
