Bricky
The Billy Smoker Bricky is an Australian-made stainless steel frame that turns your own repurposed bricks into a stable, proper backyard BBQ, no more wobbling stacks of loose bricks and stones. A sturdy top and raised retaining base hold the bricks in place, while the brick mass holds heat for a consistent cooking temperature.
Air control regulates the burn and a fire grate keeps it clean, and the design lets you adjust the set-up height to suit. The elevated base keeps heat off non-combustible floors below. Stainless steel throughout.
Configure it with the optional cast iron grill plate (with integrated locking bars that secure it to the frame) and a weather lid for storage between uses. Gives a second life to bricks otherwise headed for landfill.

Use, maintenance and care
Before first use, stack your own bricks into the frame’s retaining base and top, clean, dry bricks work best. The brick mass holds the heat, so a snug, even stack gives the steadiest cooking temperature.
After cooking, let the unit cool fully before handling. Clear ash from the fire grate to keep airflow up, and wipe the stainless surfaces with a damp cloth, avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaners. The bricks can stay in place between uses; if they get wet, let them dry before the next fire to avoid steam and spitting.
Use the lid to keep weather out when the Bricky isn’t in use, and dry the stainless steel before covering to prevent water spotting. Hand wash the cast iron grill plate and skewers separately, drying the grill plate fully to keep it in good condition.
