Drizzle
The Drizzle is a stainless steel drip bib that hooks onto a Billy Smoker Open Fire Cooker to catch fat and juices as they run off the grill. Drips fall back under the Swizzle swing grill rather than onto the firebox floor, so the unit stays cleaner and there’s less to scrub afterward. The hooking system clips on and off in seconds, and the bib doubles as a holder for cooking utensils. Works with the Swizzle swing grill and the external fire door. Suitable for indoor cooking.
Swizzle sold separately.

Let the Drizzle cool before unhooking it. Lift out the drip tray and wash it by hand with warm water and mild detergent, abrasive pads and harsh cleaners mark stainless steel. Empty and clean it after each cook so fat doesn’t build up.
Dry fully before storing or re-hooking to prevent water spotting. Some heat discolouration on the steel over time is normal and doesn’t affect how it works.
