Epic Entertainer
The Billy Smoker Epic Entertainer is a freestanding wood-fired cooker that stands on its own legs, giving an ergonomic cooking height with no plinth or stand needed. Heat output reaches 150 m² through both radiant and convective output, with a thermometer for temperature control, and it cooks the full range: pizza, roasting, grilling over coals, slow smoking.
The firebox runs on 3–6 mm steel with ceramic heat banks and a fully welded spigot, finished in metallic black. Available in mild steel (industry-standard finish) or stainless steel (minimal corrosion for exposed installs).
The Epic Glaze door, the Swizzle and Drizzle, and the Slimspit rotisserie are sold separately.

A Billy Smoker unit lasts with the right care.
Mild steel: re-season the firebox now and then by lighting a small fire to burn off surface moisture. For exposed or outdoor installs, keep it under cover.
Stainless steel: handles covered and uncovered environments with minimal corrosion. Wipe down with a damp cloth after use and skip abrasive cleaners.
Across both: clear ash regularly to keep airflow and cooking performance up, check the flue and spigot connections periodically, and keep the unit dry when it’s not in use.
