Hotbox
The Billy Smoker Hotbox is a 100% stainless steel insert that adds a second cooking surface inside an Open Fire Cooker.
It sits on the internal shelf above the coals and works with the external firebox door, so you can roast, hold, or slow-cook below the main grill while the top stays free for direct-fire work. Two rack positions let you set the tray closer to or further from the fire, and it lifts out for cleaning and storage.
Supplied with a single tray and rack.

Let the Hotbox cool before removing it from the unit. Lift it out using the side handle and wash the tray and rack by hand with warm water and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaners, which mark stainless steel.
Dry fully before storing to prevent water spotting. Some surface discolouration from heat is normal over time and doesn’t affect performance. Adjust the rack to the lower position for higher heat, or the upper position for gentler, indirect cooking.
