Stand
The Billy Smoker Stand is a ready-made concrete base for the Billy Smoker Composer, proportioned to suit the cooker and built to take the mess and on-site work out of installation. Rather than pouring and finishing a concrete plinth in place, the Stand arrives as a complete base, ready to position.
It’s cast in glass fibre reinforced concrete (GFRC), much lighter than traditional concrete while keeping the look and solidity, so it’s easier to move and place. Each piece carries its own surface texture and variation, no two are identical.
Available in three finishes: beige, charcoal, and concrete grey.

GFRC is durable but, like any concrete, benefits from a little care. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth to clear dust and debris, and clean up spills before they sit, particularly oil, wine or acidic liquids, which can mark uncoated concrete.
For outdoor or exposed positions, a penetrating concrete sealer helps the surface resist staining and weathering, ask about sealing if the Stand will live outside. Avoid harsh acidic cleaners and abrasive pads, which can etch the finish. Each piece’s natural texture and slight colour variation is a characteristic of the cast, not a flaw.
Because GFRC is rigid, support it fully and evenly when positioning, and avoid dropping or knocking the edges.
