The Billy Smoker Huge Chef is an inbuilt wood-fired cooker and open fireplace from the Huge Series, built around a larger oven than the Iconic Chef while keeping the same clean architectural lines. It cooks across the full range, three-minute pizzas, low-and-slow smoking, grilling over coals, even pavlovas, and heats up to 125 m². The 58 L oven (69 cm wide) gives noticeably more cooking space than the standard Chef’s 29 L.

The firebox runs on 3–6 mm steel with ceramic heat banks and a fully welded spigot, finished in metallic black. Available in mild steel (industry-standard finish) or stainless steel (minimal corrosion for exposed installs). Firebox doors (Glaze or Steele) and the Slimspit rotisserie are sold separately.
